We aim to deliver your clothes between 5-15 business days of order placement. Make sure to view our size chart before placing an order to make your purchase seamless. Truffle provides free shipping across India. All our product prices include shipping charges. 

In the rare case that your delivery pin code is unserviceable or difficult to courier to, please do get in touch with us on +91 9820247872. We will try to find a way to deliver the garment to you. 

RETURNS

At TRUFFLE INDIA, it is our goal to create beautiful garments that you can cherish for life. When you order a particular piece, we create it especially for you. What you see on our website is what you will get. 

Therefore, as a policy, we allow returns of garments within 2 days of receiving the order in exchanges for STORE CREDIT. You can access and check your store credit anytime by logging in to your account.

However, if there are errors from our end with regard to the size, color or quality of the garment, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the garment you can call our customer care team on +91 9820247872 (working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm). If the number of the days exceeds, we will not be able to entertain the return of the product. 

Once you have sent us an return query, we can get back to you within 1-2 business days. We will need to review the query, and we could ask you for information and photographs, videos of the garment in question. Post our review, we as a brand have the right and can deduce whether a piece is eligible for a return.

It will be our aim to help you to the best of our abilities. 

There will be no RETURN on sale items.

EXCHANGES

Once a product has been sold and received by you, we do not encourage an exchange as all our garments are hand-made and hand-embroidered especially on order. Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. 

However, if there are issues with regard to the fit, size, color or quality of the garment, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the garment you can also call our customer care team on +91 9820247872 (working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm). There will be no exchanges on sale items. If the number of the days exceeds, we will not be able to exchange the product. 

We will need to review the exchange query, and we could ask you for information and photographs of the garment in question. In the email mention the reason for the claim. Post our review, we as a brand have the right and can deduce whether a piece is eligible for an exchange. 

Please note that any clothing with signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for an exchange. We require the garment to be in the same condition as we had sent it. Please ensure that the garment is in its original condition and packaging and has all its original tags.

We can get back to you within 1-2 business days with an approval for the exchange, following which we request you to courier the garment back to us at the address below:

Kindly bear in mind that the charges for the return courier will be borne by the customer. Truffle will bear the courier cost of the new garment, which will be dispatched once we receive the original garment.

We provide free shipping for all our products to most major cities in India. However, if your delivery location is a smaller town, kindly write to us at +91 9820247872. Please send us your delivery address and Pin code so that we can go through the shipping details for you. Once an order is ready to be dispatched, you will be notified via email. Consequently, a notification will also be sent when the order has been dispatched for your location. Our courier partner will get in touch with you when your order is out for delivery, and you can set a mutually agreeable time to receive the goods.  Kindly note that our courier partner – essentially the driver who delivers your goods – is a third-party operator. Their primary and only job is to deliver the goods safely to you. However, it is not their responsibility to bring the goods inside your house or up to a higher floor (in case of an apartment building at TRUFFLE INDIA, it is our goal to create beautiful garments that you can cherish for life. When you order a particular piece, we create it especially for you. What you see on our website is what you will get.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we regret to inform our customers that we are unable to process any cancellations. Our products are carefully crafted by skilled artisans who put in their best efforts to create unique pieces of clothing that meet our high-quality standards.
