We aim to deliver your clothes within **5-15 business days** for domestic orders and within **a month** for international orders. Make sure to view our size chart before placing an order to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Truffle offers **free shipping** across India, and all product prices include shipping charges.
In the rare case that your delivery pin code is unserviceable or difficult to courier to, please get in touch with us at **+91 7850832585**. We will try to find a way to deliver the garment to you.

### **RETURNS**
At **TRUFFLE INDIA**, we take pride in creating beautiful garments that you can cherish for a lifetime. Each piece is made especially for you, and what you see on our website is exactly what you will receive.
- **Returns for Store Credit:** We allow returns of garments within **2 days** of receiving your order, and returns are eligible for **STORE CREDIT** only. You can access your store credit anytime by logging into your account.
- **Errors from Our End:** If there are any errors with respect to the size, color, or quality of the garment, please inform us within **24 hours** of receiving the item by calling our customer care team at **+91 7850832585** (working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm). If this time frame is exceeded, we will not be able to process the return.
- **Return Query Review:** Once you send us a return query, we will review it within **1-2 business days**. We may request further details, including photographs or videos of the garment in question, to assess whether it is eligible for a return. We, as a brand, reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the return.
- **Non-Returnable Items:**
- **Sale items**: There will be **no returns** on sale items.
- **Lounge wear**: **No returns or exchanges** on lounge wear.
- **Courier Charge Deduction:**
As part of our exchange policy, a deduction will be applied to your **store credit** to cover the **courier charges** incurred during the process of sending the new garment to you after receiving the returned item:
- ₹300 deduction for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders (as additional handling charges apply).
- ₹150 deduction for prepaid orders.

### **EXCHANGES**
Since each garment is hand-made and hand-embroidered to order, we do not encourage exchanges. Every product is quality controlled before being shipped.
- **Exchanges for Fit, Size, Color, or Quality Issues:** If there are any issues with the fit, size, color, or quality of the garment, please inform us within **48 hours** of receiving the item by contacting our customer care team at **+91 7850832585** (working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm). We do not process exchanges for sale items.
- **Exchange Query Review:** After receiving your query, we will review it and may ask for further information, such as photographs of the garment and the reason for the claim. Once reviewed, we reserve the right to decide whether the item is eligible for an exchange.
- **Condition for Exchange:** The garment must be in **original condition**, including all tags and packaging. We will not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear and tear.
- **Exchange Process:** If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. The return courier charges will be borne by the customer, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement garment.
- **Courier Charge Deduction for Exchanges:**

### **SHIPPING POLICY**
We provide free shipping for all our products to most major cities in India. However, if your delivery location is a smaller town, kindly write to us at **+91 7850832585**. Please send us your delivery address and Pin code so that we can go through the shipping details for you. Once an order is ready to be dispatched, you will be notified via email. Consequently, a notification will also be sent when the order has been dispatched for your location. Our courier partner will get in touch with you when your order is out for delivery, and you can set a mutually agreeable time to receive the goods. Kindly note that our courier partner – essentially the driver who delivers your goods – is a third-party operator. Their primary and only job is to deliver the goods safely to you. However, it is not their responsibility to bring the goods inside your house or up to a higher floor (in case of an apartment building).

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we regret to inform our customers that we are unable to process any cancellations. Our products are carefully crafted by skilled artisans who put in their best efforts to create unique pieces of clothing that meet our high-quality standards.
